Photo Challenge #25

This week's challenge: Do a setup to specifically "sell a product"- this can be anything, really, for example : hat, shoes, cat food, soap- anything.

The challenge is to do this with a friend, relative, or pet as your model.
Submit 3 photos- and let us know which is your favorite.
These may be b/w, color, or anything in between.
Editing is allowed.

The best cat bed ever... which is actually a big stuffed bunny/toy.

My favorite is the 2nd photo... he looks so comfy and relaxed.

My original thought was to take pics of my other cat but only got one good one before he took off and refused to "pose" any more. I decided to add this 4th photo just because I really like it but did not have enough to make the 3 photo series.

Challenge #24: Pick a day this week and tell us about it using your camera.

This challenge is about telling a story, finding a way to narrate through pictures. You don't have to narrate your whole day, you can pick just a portion of it if you'd like. Have fun!

The first four were taken at the zoo the last one was taken at Discovery World. Some color some black and white.

Photo Challenge #22

A wedding inspired challenge based on that old little rhyme that brides often stick to when planning the details of what they will wear. I'm sure you are all familiar with it:
Something Old,
Something New,
Something Borrowed,
Something Blue.

The Rules:
1.) Four images
2.) Let's steer away from images that actually have to do with weddings, use your imagination with this one. Let's get outside the box a little.

4.) Photo Submissions due by Sat. July 4th.


This week we have been really busy redoing our bathroom (when it is finished I will be posting before and after pictures) so since bathroom stuff is all over the place (inside and out) it would be the perfect theme for this challenge. I really like all the photos in Black & White but for the last one dealing with the color Blue I did dim the picture a bit so it somewhat fits in with all the other pictures.
